Use a somewhat straight section of the portrait template to indicate a tooth lying in the shadowy area at the rear.
The highlights of the lips were created with the eraser pencil and electric eraser. Start with a contour drawing on your airbrush board.
Working freehand, the lips can syep be lent greater volume through the correct positioning of light and shade. The outer area of the mouth is developed further with light transparent layers. Then use another curve to shape each tooth individually, tooth for tooth.

Glossy highlights and structure are created on the teeth with an electric eraser. Now shape the area from the gums by covering the upper lip area piece by piece with the portrait template. Always spray only a little paint in short runs on the template edge.

It is now time to continue with the colored area around the mouth, or the colored connection between the mouth and facial surface. Change to the next curve to further develop the lip contour. You can see here how the portrait template optimally rests on the lower lip edge to prevent overspray and to contour the shape.
Additional skin structures created with the eraser pencil and little light details with the electric eraser or scalpel make the overall effect even more realistic. The portrait template even offers a solution for creating difficult shapes!
Look for a suitable curve on the portrait template and spray in the first contour between the lips and mouth cavity. The portrait templates are also useful when it comes to indicating the creases of the mouth.
Here's the intermediate result after a few minutes. Further details such as laughter lines on the face and nostrils can also be traced with the portrait template and then optimised freehand with the airbrush and eraser pencil.
The intermediate results are apparent here. The upper lip also receives additional color shading and structure. Look for an optimum curve and position the portrait template to spray on the first shading with transparent black.
You should also carefully spray in shading below the lips.
Here is the finished motif. Then move further with the template and shape another lower lip area.
